Club hits new heights..

2 firsts yesterday! our first IFKF female black belt Trevena Green with a 99.1% pass, And our first Nidan Ho(probationary 2nd degree)Dave O'Hara with a 99.5% passs! some fantastic breaking from all on the day and 2 new yellow belts Dano and Gerry also breaking and grading.. well done to everyone! photos and video to follow.

i would like to thank Chris Roper for travelling over from the Uk to help with the grading, Also thanks to Peter Dunne and Mark Devine for all their help leading up to the gradings and for their help on the day!

In my opinion the best day we have had in a long time! enjoyed every minute... thanks to everyone involved.

Congratulations to new yellow belts

Congratulations to Tadas and Angel on a fantastic display of breaking last night!
along with a good knowledge of basic technique earned them their yellow belts!

Iron Fist Kung Fu A huge congratulations goes to Sifu Keith on his 7th degree grading yesterday in the uk! a well earned and well deserved grade... most of the breaking that was done for the grade is in our video library and the rest will be there soon!after the grading the honor of presenting Sifu with his cert to went to Mark and Chris.This was done in front of a packed room in Hartest.Thanks to everyone who participated in the grading.

Congratulations

Congratulations to Fergal McLoughlin on his 99.3% pass for 1st degree black belt!
A great display of knowledge and breaking was performed over the past few weeks!
Much respect goes to Chris Roper of the IFKF UK club on a spectacular display of
aerial breaks and also a fantastic 3rd degree grading which had a 99.8% pass!
and of course to Trevena Green on her near perfect Browne belt grading a big
congrats and also a thank you to you all for your time and dedication!
