BIGGEST GRADING DAY YET!

A huge congrats to everyone who graded yesterday! everyone done great and i was very happy with the standard set by all. id like to thank Chris Roper for travelling from the UK to help and also to Sarah Jane for her time and help.

the biggest thanks goes to all the instructors and black belts who helped with every aspect of getting everyone ready for their grades! and not forgetting Amanda Katerina and the 2 Gillian's for all their help too on the day! Sifu

Today we have reached new heights with and outstanding grading day!

Kyle Smith and Rob O'Rourke reached yellow belt with some good technique and lovely breaking!

Brian Hughes and Gerard Costello went green belt after some very powerful breaking!

Dave O'Hara was awarded his 2nd degree after a grueling 2hour grading in the sun!

Mark Devine out performed anything that we could have wanted or expected to receive his 4th degree black belt!
